Ein wunderbar süffiger Merlot mit tollen Riserva-Qualtiäten.
Das Aromenspektrum reicht von dunklen Früchten wie Kirsche und Johannisbeere über leicht würzige und kräutrige Aromen wie schwarze Olive und Efeu. Sein Der Antrunk ist vollmundig und süffig, wiederum mit Aromen von Kirsche und Johannisbeere.
Vinifikation
Ausbau in Barriques während ca. 3 Jahren, wenig Neuholz.
Trinkreife
jetzt bis 2027.

Passt zu Kalbsbraten, dunklem Fleisch und Hartkäse.
