

JÖRG WALDTHALER
I grew up in the small village of Auer in southern South Tyrol.
As the son of a restaurateur and the grandson of a winemaker grandfather, wine was truly in my blood. My first "wine tasting" was at the tender age of six, when my uncle let me smell the barrel samples of the wines and explained the differences between the grape varieties.
In 2022, I became self-employed as a wine service provider, advising several restaurants. Wine is a key element of their restaurant concepts, allowing me to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments and to regularly present my new discoveries to their guests and private clients.
Wine is my great passion, and I'm delighted to share it with you!
